Ben Davidson

Coastal Walkers co-founder and lead guide, Ben Davidson is a San Francisco native, Williams College graduate, and a former Sunset Magazine travel editor and photo editor. Over the past 30 years, Ben has photographed hundreds of adventure tours for premier active travel companies such as Backroads, Trek Travel, OARS, Baja Expeditions and others. Ben has edited travel guidebooks for major publishers and frequently covers articles on adventure and leisure travel for dozens of publications and online portals. He is an avid hiker, mountain biker, kayaker, soccer player and snowboarder.          

 

Greg Garcia           

Coastal Walkers co-founder Greg Garcia is also a native San Franciscan who grew up in the City's foggy fringes in the Outer Sunset District. Greg is an itinerant explorer, having cycled five of the seven continents. He has relocated to Oregon and is currently  not leading walking tours at this time.
